Patrick Bamford Limited (PBL) is a boutique corporate services and structured finance solutions company dedicated to supporting complex high value real estate transactions through sourcing acquisition finance, leading the structuring and coordination of the acquisition process, and providing bespoke post-acquisition management services such as loan compliance monitoring and management and statutory reporting.

PBL is also retained by high net worth individuals and offshore investment groups to provide corporate and restructuring services for portfolios of UK assets including a portfolio of 16 internationally branded hotels.

Patrick Bamford

Patrick Bamford is a finance director with over 25 years experience in the real estate investment, property development and construction sectors in the UK, Europe, Australasia, Asia (Vietnam), the Middle East and West Africa. Specialising for the past 12 years in the structuring and funding of high value real estate transaction in the UK and Europe, he has held senior financial positions for public companies and private investors and traded in his own right since 2007 - establishing P Bamford Finance Limited in 2008 and Patrick Bamford Limited in 2010.
